 Please connect USB cable to your programmer and find if both of the LINK LED and GOOD LED are bright.If only LINK LED is bright,please do as "HELP->Contents,chapter 3.7 Error message", If your programmer that has the function of update ,you can resume it,do as what follows.

 Secondly,if both LED are bright,please run Wellon ,check the bottom of the interface after "programmer initiate success" if the software can identify the programmer S/N and ID(ID is about 14 bit bytes followed S/N).Tell me if it can identify ID.　
Thirdly,which version of the software do you use?You can use up to V3.9.7.
