I am trying to read E28F640J3 made from INTEL with VP990, all i get is
FF F7 FF F7 FF F7 FF F7 on all buffer editor
Can someone check the support of this chip please?

 We test it ok. You can download our latest software. And if it still failed, you can check your adapter. You can see if your adapter connect correct.

i have already downloaded the latest software, version 1/2/2012
i have a new adapter WL-TSOP56-A641N that i bought recently from Weilei,is this the correct adapter for this chip?
because on the programmer it shows i should connect WL-TSOP56-F640
Are they the same?
Before i read, insertion test shows this:

So the adapters WL-TSOP56-F640 and WL-TSOP56-A641N are not the same?
Are you sure WL-TSOP56-A641N does not support TE28F640J3 ?

I have sent back the WL-TSOP56-A641N to the official supplier and they will send me the correct one, when i receive it i will test again the chip and hopefully it will work

in wellon soft 4.6.5 not have this model Tsop ..

or read in mode ISP . pin out ??

 maybe your chip type is 28F320J5.
this chip cannot use ISP mode.
