Wellon software crashes my computer Reply

 Hi
I have noticed that everytime i leave my VP990 connected to the computer, after a short time, the computer crashes and switches off by itself!
I have windows 7 64bit,

Any ideas what the problem might be ?

 When VP-990 connected to the computer, is Link LED and G/E LED OK?
Please change USB line and USB port.And check your AC adapter. It should be 9V.

 Hi, yes Link LED ( blue ) and G/E LED ( green ) are both ON !
What do you mean by USB line?
OK i can change the USB port
The AC adapter is the original that came with the programmer, Model number: GS18A09, Output 9.0 V, 2.00A, 18W
What should i check ?

 Please change an USB cable and try; please test the output voltage of the AC adapter,it is 9V.

 I"m confused now!
Should i measure the voltage or use another computer?
And why should i use another computer, i want to use my main desktop PC!

 Hello,
Sometime, if the operation system have problem, the programmer can"t
communicate with computer normally.So please test the programemr with the other computer.If the result is OK, I think you have to install system again.If the result is error, Please run "self_test",and test the programmer and measure the VCC voltage.
