 i can"t program, read, verify, etc... "programmer trouble!ID:128A089C2DC96ED4" is appearing. but when i click "self-test" it says　"system test OK!" i checked the VCC, VPP, its all good. please help me with this　　 issue. i only used my vp-280 for 2 days, thank you.

 If your programmer that had the function of update online lost its program, you can resume it
1 Open the cover.

2 Find JP1(J1), short circuit. Connect with PC and wait for communication is OK while the LINK LED is bright. Then take out short circuit on JP1(J1).

3 Enter WELLON’s system, it will auto-update. When update is OK, exit system.

4 Take out USB connecting cable, assemble it, enter WELLON again.

i have done the system update with regards to the Chapter 3.7 but still have the same problem.
is there any other way?

 hi everyone!
after so many attempts of system update, the problem got worse.
no it has these message:
Programmer initializing failure, possible causes:
1. there are device on the socket.
2. the programmer"s some function is disable!
Warning! Device program maybe fail!


can anyone help me with these issues? i really need this to work,
thank you so much in advance!

 I use two desktops. I never use notebook.
I checked all components(transistors, rectifiers, and resistors) on the circuit boards for any possible defects but everything seems OK. I tried also to uninstall and re-install the software but still have the problem. In fact its even worse now, it cant initialize.
Thank you and I hope we will fix this as soon as possible.

 please contact the distributor from whom your programmer and he will sent it back to us for repair

 ok, thanks. i just hope the distributor accept this after they told me there is no warranty. and by the way, how much will it cost me for repair and other bills. i"m in saudi arabia.

 The maintenance costs is 10 to 70 US dollars,according to the bad device model;and the carriage is about 66 to 90 us dollars by FED from China to saudi arabia.
