 now i did a software update from 4.3.3 and firmware 1.3 to 4.3.4 and firmware 1.5 but now is worse, i can read and erase 29f200 chips but can not program them

 You can add the AC adapter first. And if it still failed, you can choose the "Slow Pragram / Read" to try.

 i use ac adapter and slow program read but still no result, i can only read and erase, programer can not program/verify chip 29f200bb (i try more then one chip)

 Yes the adapter is WL-TSOP48-U2, i tell this problem to us supplier who make a test with same adapter same chip 29f200bb and software and report same problem, with vp-990 programer, identical test is working without problems,
where do you think could be the problem?

 You can change the parameter VCC from 5V to 4.95,4.9,4.85,.....until 4.5v. You also can increase the "tpw" to try.

 Maybe your adapter is WL-TSOP48-U1,not WL-TSOP48-U2,they is differ

 Absolutely same problem after the update VP990 to firmware 18 and Ver.: 4.5.1(25.10.2012) program...Im not able to program 29F200...!!!
Please help, I need it in daily basis! Till update I was satisfied with the programmer.
Not tries mentioned here helped! VPP etc....
29F800 programming OK.
