VP-290 Install Problem Reply

 When I try to install the product under XP I get the message
"An error occurred during the installation of the device
A service installation section in INF is invalid"

When I try to install the device under Windows 7 I get the message
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware (Code 39)"
Driver date 9/12/2009
Version 2.0.0.18

What can I do to get the product working under either OS.

 Hello!
There are two software in the web. One is for 32bit operate system, the other is for 64bit operate system. Maybe you select the error version software. Please select the software according your operate system.

 I did not download any software from your web site, I used the software that was on the CD supplied with the product and let the operating system select the appropriate USB driver.

 I have just downloaded your latest Disk1 and followed the procedure you describe to install under XP.
Wellon finds my VP-290 but when I press Select to select a device I get 2 error messages:
Vp3slt
Runtime error "429"
ActiveX Componente can"t create object

VP3
Runtime error "440"
Automation error

What am I supposed to do now.

 you can download and install the SP3 patch KB936929 first. and then install our software.

 My XP already had SP3 installed but I re-installed the whole operating system and I now have VP-290 working.

I now want to get it working under Win7 64-bit. I have downloaded your latest 64-bit version (twice) but when I try to install I get the message that the application is corrupt.Can you put a zipped version on your download page.
