VP-290 and GAL22V10 Reply

blarsen I have a VP-290 programmer.　I am trying to program a Lattice GAL22V10 chip.　It programs every fuse correctly except bit 44.　I"ve tried using several different chips.　I"ve altered the tPW setting.　I"ve downloaded the Wellon software from the web.　Any ideas why bit 44 never programs correctly?
