All 74194 I tried failed, with error code :
　Expected: V0007:1111110G10CLLLHV
　Result　: V0007:1111110G10CLLHHV
Anyone already tried this component ?
(FYI my programmer works fine with all other component)

 our test is OK! maybe your chips is bad.

 I don"t think so because with my good old TOP2048 test passed good.
I tested 6 components and 3 of them where known good on its own PCB.

 1.maybe your VP-280 is bad.
2 maybe your chip is partly bad
