CY7C293A blank check on VP980

I found bug in software (latest and older). When Blank check on blank eprom CY7C293A program say:

Chip was realy blank, program read all FF and checksum is 0007F800
Please correct this.

Eprom is blank and programming same chip on another (non Wellon) programmer work great.

-Filling buffer.
-Done.
-CYPRESS CY7C293A selected.
-Buffer checksum : F800h
Blank check ok.

-Filling buffer.

Eprom successfully programmed on non Wellon programer, VP-980 read as full filled with FF :-)

Conclusion: Support for Cypress CY7C293A completely not working properly.

Please check this all.

If chip is blank, data should is 0.

Programmer is OK.
This is eprom, all eproms I know when blank contain FF, why this must be 00 erased?
Another programmer say eprom is blank, read and program work properly.
Wellon every CY7C293 read as filled with FF but eprom work and verify pass on another programmer.
See my reply with log on eeTools Topmax which successfully work with this eprom. I don"t want reconect all time Topmax programmer for some ships also suported on Wellon but not working properly.

Ok, you say that, but why another programmer can sucessfully　program this chip?
Why Wellon PROGRAMMED eprom read as full filled with FF too?

I can"t believe... On my previous question about AT90S1200 fuse settings you answer "The new software will be updated".
On this you suggest prehistoric version. Very interesting... :-)
Ok, I just uninstall new version and delete Weilei folder completely.
Install 4.2.0. version downloaded from your site. When click on Select software give me error "Run-time error 3041, Can"t open database created with a previous version of your application."
What can I do now?

you can use 4.4.0 Ver. sofrware.
use new chip,if Another programmer say eprom is blank,please read chip by Another programmer,if its data is 00,but its data is FF by wellon programmer read. the wellon programmer maybe is bad.

Wellon recognize chip as not blank and read full FF.
Same chip another programmer recognize as blank and read full FF, successfully program and verify pass.
When test this chip again Wellon read chip badly (FF"s and 00"s).
Wellon work great with eproms like 2732 etc.
I believe Cypress make bug in datasheet when say in table empty chip filled with 00"s, Empty must be FF because another programmer work properly.
I will try to contact Cypress and investigate this.

Blank check now pass (read filled 00), read already programmed　work fine but
program blank chip not work, after programming chip still blank (filled 00).
