just received an brand new vp-490

when i try to program eprom like m27c322 or any other kind of eprom,just got an "auto program fail!"

what"s wrong?

note that ac adapter is plugged in,give 9v but when i try self test,i can"t have exactly 3v (2.8)/12v(11.92)/25v(24.02) using my "standard st-3341 multimeter""

i erased it for more than 40mn too

so,
i have 10 ST M27C322,all fully UV erased

Everytime i want to program one,i check it by using the blank test,then read and looking at the buffer,all is full of "FF"

then i"m running the auto programm & got this

My system is Windows 7 64bits

just downloaded lastest,version,all is working perfectly (got an communication error at the finish but its ok when using another eprom)
