Can"t update vp-490 Reply

just got an vp-490
i can"t update firmware with lastest software version(doesn"t works at all)

So i used older one"s in the cdrom (4.4.0) but i"m still at firmware 16(everytime do an update but nothing change)

what"s wrong? thanks
