AT29C020 on VP-880 Reply

 Hi,
I have a VP-880 and apparently I can read succesfull a AT29C020, but I can"t write.
It start programming and stop at 0xFF showing buffer and chip data at that address are different.
I have tried several times with 2 new memories and have the same issue.

Please help.

 No solution for this?
It program only the first 256 bytes and then stop, but erasing and reading seems to be working.

 Hi,
need to program that memory again.
As the previous, reading is working, erasing is working, blank check is working, programming stop at address 0xFF, saying data on buffer is different from data on device.
Software used is v.4.2.0 and self test get all ok.

 I see the AT29C020 datasheet on page 9, it seems the programmer doesn"t wait 10mS for tWC from one sector to another of 256 bytes each.
Indeed, it stop exactly at address 0xFF.

Probably a bad supported memory, can you please check and update ?
