 Dear Sr.

I have one VP-990 and I need test one IC NE591N, it is not in the list, so I have to edit a new test file. The problem is that I tried to do it, but I could not read the Output change. It is always H. Can you help me on it?

 Check your input.Pin 17 is 0 and all output is L.

 Dear Sr.

I have already did it and in two different software versions (4.3.3 and 4.6.3), but it still not runing, all outputs are H even with pin 17 in 0, 9 in G, 10 in V, 15,1,2,3,4 in 0, 18 in V. Is important tell you that outputs are openemiter and not opencoletor as regular IC"s. Have you other recommendation?

 VP-990 can not test NE591N. there are a pull Resistance on all port of VP-990. so, when test N591N,Its Output is always H

 Can I install a pulldown resistor in it? May be produce a socket with a netresistors installed as a pull dows in all outputs. What do you think? Is it possible? If possible what is tre resistor value?

 you try use 1--3.9k resistor on outputs of NE591N.
