 Hi

Using vp-490 on windows7
Latest firmware and software version

When testing an ttl 74xxx,its NEVER found in autodevice
Then when testing,its always fail.
I use diffèrent ttl,all are NEW and have tested 25 of the same type.

Whats wrong?

 Ac is always plugged in

Tested with 74ls373 and 74ls245

 our test is OK!
maybe the chip is bad or incorrect Insert or the programmer need repair.

 Since i buy this wellon,i got only problems.
Even simple chip like 27c010 cannot be burned without lots of your software update.

How to repair the programmer? How it will cost?

 Please use Test-->Selftest-->Systemtest, that can find programmer"s trouble.

 27c010　is very older chip,many is bad.please test use 28xxx/29xxx/39xxx

Without your software"s update 27c010 arent working

NOW with latest software all is ok!

EXCEPT those problems with TTL.i want it working

 Remember,TTL is 74LS373
but doesnt work with ANY another type of TTL

 as you can see now with your new software update 4 6 2,when press test,the green light is off....

 Hi !

i installed an old software version (4.4.0 18/07/2012 ) and auto find device works !
TTL/CMOS test works too !

so there is a problem in your software update. check it please ;)

 not correctly inserted

i use two computers (one with new software(4.6.2) and the other one with old software (4.4.0) )

i programmed and tested enough chips to know how to insert it.so please dont tell me that i"m doing it wrong when i doing it right
