 Hi. I have some troubles to set fractional values in the VCC field (e.g 3,5V or 4,5V) When I set 3,8 for example, I got 3Volts in VCC value. Also ISP does not work for me, I need to reprogram ICs in circuit board and always got error, even tired to manipulate with VCC. Is there any manual how to work with ISP?

 about to set fractional values in the VCC field,maybe your Multimeter is incorrect.about ISP, chip type? have ISP connect on circuit board ?

 If you want 3,8V try enter 3.8V. (3 dot 8 enter) . Field VCC filled 3,8V...
It"s soft error.
