 select menu "setting"--"modify algorithm parameters"--change "tpw" to 15ms.then have a try.
or download new software later.

 maybe your chip need more time to earse. like W25Q32VSIG needs 7s to finish earse at least.
you can add tpw more. and operate step by step:
erase runs single.check blank after finished. if blank is ok,select menu "run"--"program".
we test earse unfinished by vp290 if tpw=5ms.it is only 3s-4s.
if it can not be work,you can change vcc to try.like 2.7V.

 Teşekkür ederiz.Sorun eprom silme süresi az olduğundan tam silinmiyormuş.
Silme yaparken TPW:90sn yaptık.Yazarken 5sn yaptık.
Manuel silme gerekiyor.
