NAND512W3A verification problem Reply

skomy I have problem with programming memory NAND512W3A (or K9F1208U0C) by VP-990 programmer. On software 4.6.0 (03/02/2013) and firmware 18.0 it works ok, but on new 4.6.4 (13/01/2014) and firmware 20.0 it is verification problem during programming. skomy1 Regardless of the version K9F1208U0C is programmed wrong. But NAND512W3A@4.6.0 (03/02/2013) works. Changing the settings does not help.
