 Hello,

I would like to progra AM29F800BB -70EC with VP-390 and it reports that it is not supported.
Every time I try to read or write i get:
"NoteVP_390 The device isn"t supported"　but if I look on list on your website it is "supported"
I have adapter WL-TSOP48-U001. In device list it is written that I need adapter WL-TSOP48-U002 . What is difference between U001 and U002? Can I modify from 1 to 2 ?

 Pins 27 and 46 are already shorted in chip itself. And I also tried to short those pins, but no success...
In lists it writes that this ic is supported but when I try to read it reports : "NoteVP_390 The device isn"t supported"
Can some one help me confirm if this is software problem or vp-390 realy doesn"t support this ic.

 Hello,
I have the last software. I tried to download again today but it is the same... My sw version : 4.6.4 (28.1.2014)
I selested this one from list : AMD Am29F800BB-xxEC *48TS
still same error : "NoteVP_390 The device isn"t supported"

 We test it OK. It can support this chip. Please download latest software to try. If it still have error, please send us the picture with the error.
