Using vp590 with last software and power cable

I test ttl 74ls373 (10 new) and only got error
I test the sames ttl on older software(from cd of the vp590 box) and all are ok

 We test our chip 74LS373 and it can pass test. We don"t find any wrong.

 i just test on new software
if i do an autofind device on ttl,
my 74ls157 is recognize as an 40257

if i test using 40257,test ok!
if i test using 74157, test fail

im lost,i understand nothing !!

 Your chip can"t pass test. Because 40257"s test is less than 74157.

 Our new software is faster than old software. If you chip can"t pass new software, it may be wrong at work.

 if your ttl can pass test using newest ver.　the ttl performance is better than the ttl chip that only can pass test using old software.

 im ok BUT
ttl are new and cant pass the test on new software. what can i do?
i wont resell 200 new ttl because it can pass test on new software

 This test is for reference only, if you think there is a problem, you can ignore it. Your chip may be a problem, because our test is OK, so wellon software is no problem.

 I cant be sûre that test is OK,since vector are wrong.
Ttl are OK

I will check thoses ttl on older software.
