myx1 read it and then check address from 01458000H to 1479000H. if all "00",this means this block is a bad block,can not be wrote.read always 0x0. as nand flash,each one may have less than 3% bad blocks of the factory this H27U2G8F2C,has 2048 blocks, each block has 0x21000. myx1 if your useful datas are before 0x1458000H,after program it can be run　well on your board. if over 0x1458000H,it may be ok or not.you have to use another one that has no bad blocks from 0 to the end of the useful datas. 0x1458000/0x21000=0x9D [ The message is modified by myx1 ] Go back list [ Posted:2014-07-25 09:29:03 ]
