Hi! I have a VP-280 which has been very reliable until today! Now I am getting an error message "Input high" on pin 18. Is this something I can fix myself or does my programmer have to go back to your facility in China?

Your website www.weilei.com does not work properly and it"s like this for a long time, the forum is really poor, doesn"t connect, takes a long time to load...etc
The download section is the worst, i am trying to download the software for my VP990 and it says website is offline, and it has been like this for many days, it works for 5 minutes than stops for many days.
Please fix this, it is a shame Weilei does not have a proper website.

Problems with VP-280 & M48T18 Timekeeper

Hi Guys,
I am trying to duplicate a Timekeeper M48T18 chip. A working original chip has time data between 1FF8h and 1FFF. I can see this in the dump that i have taken from the original.

I have read the complete image from the original chip, however obviously want to write only up to (and not including) 1FF8h. I have set the device end address to 1FF7, however every time it overwrites the values currently in 1FF7 - 1FFF.

Any advice??

VP-980 won"t work

Hi!

I have a VP-980 and i have long time not used.
Now, the software doesn"t recognize the programmer "Initializing failure" I can"t install the Driver, it says "unknown Device" in the Windows device-Manager. LPT does not work too!
Both LED"s on the VP-980 are green!

I use Win7 x64.

Any ideas?

I have a problem with reading, writing flash memory 28f128j3c, BGA64. When I bought the VP 996 programmer, everything worked perfectly, and while there was the programming of the chip, the programmer flashing blue LED. I do not remember when it started, but now I can read, write the chip only in the slow read/write mode. I thought it was my faulty chip, but I recently bought a new 12 pieces, but the problem still the same.

I have a problem with reading TMS370C722NT chip. I bought Vellon VP996 and adapter WL-DIP40-M238. When i trying read this chip everything is fine. Software told me Read: OK but buffer is epmpty.
This chip not have read protection.
Why buffer is empty? How to properly read this chip?

Something "s wrong with 25AA512 support in VP-280 programmer - when reading data from chip with VP280, the output differs from data I got when reading with other programmer (Xeltek SP3000).
Chip was of course the same and Xeltek output is proper one.

I have a VP-880 and apparently I can read succesfull a AT29C020, but I can"t write.
It start programming and stop at 0xFF showing buffer and chip data at that address are different.
I have tried several times with 2 new memories and have the same issue.

Please help.

If you have install the new wellon software, usb driver has install. If your system is 64 bit system,it is in C:\weilei\wellon\usbsys64.If your system is 32 bit system,it is in C:\weilei\wellon\usbsys.

HI, I downloaded and instaled the new update for ma VP990 and it turned CHinesse (I chose of course English on instalation) HELP!!!
What can I do?
No mather what I do its still in chinesse!
I restarte PC, uninstalled wellon few times, then instaled again, and tried chosee polish as well, no help still in chinesse!
