VP-280 Problem with M29F200,400,800

I want to know that adapter to use to programme the memories M29F200 , 400 , and 800　in format PSOP 44 , I have an adapter PSOP 44 to DIP 44 and it me does not work in my programer Wellon VP-280 .

The programmer GP-20 and GP-2 have stand-alone function. The programmer VP-990 and VP-890 didn"t have this function. The device quantity of programmer GP-20 and VP-990 are more than GP-2 and VP-890.

I have baught a VP380, then tried to read a flash M29F200BB,

The model is supported, i have PSOP44 pin, but when selecting this model on software it say that it have 48 Pin, but mine have only 44pin,

Is VP380 don"t support that model ?

I"m looking to get a VP-590 programmer and I keep seeing the Vp-490 on eBay claiming to be the export version of the Vp-590.
But I cant find any info on the website about the Vp-490.
Are they the same or just some clone?

Sorry, I just find that VP-180 doesn"t have the function of updating, sothe programmer needs repairing,you can send back to us.As I said before,you may afford the upkeep costs and carriage round trip.

When you setup the software in the computer,the USB driver have setup in the software.Usually, When you link the USB line, the computer can detect it , and the USB driver can setup automatic. If it can"t setup automatic, you can select setup yourself. The path is C:\weilei\WELLON\usbsys.

VP-280 Fails Self Test and cannot write

I have a VP-280 that fails the self test and it fails on writing.
I can test logic chips, upgrade the system version and even downgrade the system version.
I was even able to do a blank check and that worked.

All read commands seem like they work, but I cannot write to any eprom.
a simple 27c256 fails.

I checked all three voltages:
5v = 3.73 low?
12v = 12.02
21v = 21.08

The self error test I am getting goes like this:
P31 input is high!
P5 VPP output is high!
P9 Vpp output is high!
P11 Vpp output is high!

etc...

Please advise!

I have a Wellon VP-980 and have problems mit two chips, 1.) FL032AIF, after delete blank check, i see on screen: Device Adresse:00036B00H, Device Data:C0H, Blank check fail!, 2.) When you program the chip FL032A and FL064A, please modify the Algorithm Parameters in the software. Please modify VCC from 2.5 to 2.7. I have test it. There is not any problem.

I use VP-890, and want to test OKI DRAM MSM514400. But, this number is not in the support list. Can you propose a part number (DRAM) that have the equivalent specification, may be i can use jumper wire manually jointup & test with my VP-890!

Hi.

I have VP-990 Programmer. In my project i need to program attiny25 and disable fuse SELFPRGEN in this microcontroler. Unfortunately, for each read microcontroller programmed SELFPRGEN is always enable. The remaining configuration bits can be programmed without any problem.

What causes this error?

About fuse SELFPRGEN, its programming is right.But its reed has bug.

I would like to buy a VP490/Vp590 and the WL-EBGA64-P30 adapter. However, looking at the pictures the connector on the adapter is two 40 pin dula inline and the programmer is a DIP48. Is this the correct adapter?

If you use a chip or adapter that uses fewer pins than the socket has you just insert it starting at the bottom and leave the topmost ones empty.

tried to program w24c040p,I can read and save the file from the

original one,but can not erase the blank one,i got (erase fail)

massage,so please help me.

An other problem facing me with atmel at89c52 microcontroller,

working in a turnstile,I can not program a blank one because of

the lock bits,have you a solution that can crack it.

The chip 24C040 didin"t need to erase. You can program this chip directly.About AT89C52, Please erase the chip, and then program it.

Can"t program PIC10f206 in VP990

I can not pogram the PIC10F206 (sot23-6) verification fails every time. When i try to read chip, every second time it is reading another values at the first 5 words (and maybe in some　another places)
exapmple:
1"st read: 47 00 00 08 70 0F 43 0D 00 08
2"nd read: 00 00 80 00 82 00 36 06 43 06
3"rd read: 47 00 00 08 70 0F 43 0D 00 08
4"th read: 00 00 80 00 82 00 36 06 43 06
5"th read: 47 00 00 08 70 0F 43 0D 00 08
...
The values are completly differnet from programmed values.

VP-280 window popup meaning

When I select Intel 2764 I get a pop-up picture of the socket that is labeled "Pins map" and has a picture of the socket with buttons "STOP" or "CONTINUE"
The pin indicators are different colors - white, red, and green.

What does this mean?

I think,maybe you set the chip in the socket with error position. Or it is poor touch up between the chip and the adapter or socket.
